Looking for 2nd helper good at Chinese cooking in mid levels

We are a family of 4 with a 2yo daughter and a newborn. We are looking for a second helper to co-work with our current helper. We would like to find someone who is easygoing, has good ability to cook Chinese dishes (Western dishes are a bonus), and a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will mainly be responsible for marketing and cooking as well as sharing the workload of cleaning the house with the co-worker. My first helper is mainly responsible for taking care of my 2 kids and some cleaning.

You will share a room and bathroom with my first helper but there is a sliding door to separate the two spaces so you will have your individual bed and wardrobe.
