Looking for Philippine helper to take care of toddle

My family is living in Kowloon which is quite near from Central, we have two adults and one 18 month baby girl. The size of our apartment is 1000 sqf. The main job duty at my home is cleanup, cooking and tutoring and taking care of my daughter. I am looking for one helper who is experienced of taking care of kids and do the cleanup at home, and can do some basic cooking. Another thing I would like to mention is that we already have 1 Indonesia helper who is with us for one year, she is very friendly and fluent English. In her previous jobs, she always work with Philippine helpers. I BELIEVE you will like her, because every Philippine helper in our complex get along well with her. Why I think it is better to have Philippine and Indonesia to work together, because it is not easy to fight with each other as you all use the second language, she is willing to help with each other.
