Looking for nice helper

We are a family of 5 with working parents, 3 kids of 13y girl, 12y boy and 1y girl toddler. Grandparents visit every day to handle toddler cooking and caring. We need a helper to do household chores eg marketing, buying groceries, laundry and cleaning. Assist grand parents on taking care of toddler if needed. Grand mom does marketing and cooking as well. Helper’s role is mainly to assist grand mom on cooking and marketing if needed. Helper will sleep in a small separate room. We are looking for a helper who is hard working, willing to learn and be a good listener to take on instruction from employer. Our current helper is going to end her contract by end of February. Expected new helper to be on board on 1 March.
