looking for long term live out part time helper

Hi we are a westernized Chinese family , 3 kids and a small dog, we currently have a live in helper looking after our youngest baby, and we are looking for  someone who  can cook/plan weekly menu, can manage household, marketing , and  help with bringing older kids to classes.  We really need someone who has a lot of passion and experience in cooking , who can self manage, and who enjoys being around children. We would prefer a live out helper, 3-4 days full day hours , salary to be discussed. Finished  contract , relocation termination with references are welcome.  Thank you
