Looking for helper to take care of 8 month old boy

We are looking for a trustworthy, honest, hardworking and organised helper with baby care experience to take care of our 8 month old baby boy. Both my husband and I have to work so we prefer a helper with baby care experience and doing housework independently in her previous job(s). My husband and I would be taking over once we are home and there is no need for the helper to bath our baby or do any night duties. While taking care of the baby would be our helper’s primary duty, she should also be able to maintain good hygiene in the household.
