Looking for helper, must be kids lover

Our helper has been working with us for 6 years but she will be going to Canada soon, so we are looking for a new helper. The new helper has to be a kids lover, patient, hardworking, willing to learn, tidy, organised, honest, work without supervision. 

We are 2 adults and 2 kids family. Elder boy is 8 years old and the younger girl is 3 years old. Daily duties: take are of the kids, cooking (mainly for the kids during the day, as well as dinner for family), housework, buy food. We are easy going and kind.
