Looking for helper for family with elderlies

Hi there, we are a family of four (or five if you count the one who lives abroad), one 17 years old girl, one working adult and two elderlies. We are looking for a helper who speaks basic Cantonese and/or Mandarin to watch over the two elderlies when we are out and help us out with general house chores. We are a low-key simple family. There is no tight schedule to keep and no need to clean/ laundry/ run to the market daily, once a week would suffice. No prior experience required but we would highly favour applicant with good reference.

We hope to find someone who is attentive, gentle, and flexible, for whom we could trust our elderlies with. Watch over them, being attentive to their needs and give them a hand at things are important. They are capable of house chores but need help getting about and sticking to their daily routines like morning walk and medication. The teenager and the adult do not require much attention and household chores is minimal. You could choose to live with us in a 3-bed flat (>800 sq feet) at Ma On Shan, where you have your own space and can take naps after lunch, detail living arrangement to be discussed. We offer good base salary plus bonus, meals, flexible holidays (especially extended ones, which you may need to travel home, could be arranged with discussion) but more importantly, we hope to offer you a considerate family away from home and we help each other to make lives better for all of us.
