Looking for helper for household and cooking

We are a family with 2 adults and 1 baby. We would like to have a second helper who is good at especially cooking，housekeeping and marketing while our existing helper can spend her focus on taking good care of our baby boy. We are reasonable and kind employer that we prefer the helper with kind and honest personality. She better be sincere and open minded，caring and supportive as we take every helper as one of our family member and work happily together.
