The helper must have good energy, be in good physical health, and maintain good communication with the employer. They must follow the employer's instructions completely and not use their phone during work hours. They can call their family members after obtaining permission from the employer. The helper should be able to independently care for a 10-year-old child and handle tasks around the employer's home. They must be clean, maintain good personal hygiene, and neatly organize and clean all household items.
