Looking for caretaker helper for disabled old woman

Hello, i am Jen. We are a family of four( couple + 1 kid + grandma) with 1 maid taking care of our kid. We are now looking for a helper to look after my mother in law, who is a disabled elderly on wheelchair, who need assistance to her daily needs ( eating, shower, go to rehabilitation centre). We are an easy going family and willing to discuss with you on your needs and care about your feelings, as we wish everyone who lives in our home would be happy and satisfied.
