Looking for an excellent cook and tidy and clean helper

We are a working couple with two boys age 6 and 8. Main duties will be cooking and cleaning because we prefer to dine at home. We live in the New Territories, a three bedroom flat around 1400 sq feet plus a balcony. We would like to hire a helper who loves to cook and is good at cleaning and managing our plants. We also have a car that needs washing. We currently don’t have any pets but we plan to get a dog so pet lovers only.
