Wanting a helper who understands Cantonese for an elderly

The applicants must understand Cantonese and willing to learn how to communicate in Cantonese. I am looking for a kind-hearted, responsible, initiative and well organized helper(Must Live-in) to take care of my mother. My mother is a healthy elderly, living alone with her current helper, she enjoys walking by the seashore or in shopping mall everyday when weather permits. The helper needs to be responsible for all the household chores including cooking, cleaning and taking walks with my mother when she wants to go out. Recording body temperature and blood pressure of my mother is a daily routine work of the helper. Preparing the foot bath and giving my mother supplements are a must. And we expect the helper knows how to cook decently but simple meals, and knows how to keep the house clean and tidy besides taking good care of my mother. The helper needs to listen to my mom’s instructions, and not to use mobile phone during work hours. We provide an individual room with air-con and heat to the helper. We expect the helper to treat my mother as her own family member as my mother will do the same to her as well. I don’t live with my mom, but I will help monitor the situation when needed.
