Looking for a reliable helper already based in HK

We are looking for a stay in /stay out helper to start in February / March 2023. Details as below: 

Location: Kennedy Town

Place: 4 bed, 1000 sqf

Accommodation: helper will have own room (helper room size) with own bathroom. Stay out can be considered if helper stays within 10 mins walking distance.  

Family: 2 adults (working mostly from home) and 2 kids - 4yo and 2yo. Both kids attend half day kindergarten

Job scope: start day at 7am, prepare breakfast for kids, feed kids breakfast, get them ready for school. While they are in school and when they nap after school, prepare lunch, clean house, do laundry and ironing. 

After kids wake up from nap, take them to playground, feed them snacks. 

Finish at around 8.30pm (with lunch, dinner and other breaks in between). 

Requirements: 

- clean

- fast learner

- friendly, fun, reliable, good with kids

- good at cooking, should know some kids dishes

- willing not to be on the phone when looking after kids (you can do so during your breaks, but not when minding the kids)

- already in HK, finishing contract or with termination due to employer relocation / financial issues.

Other benefits: we will sponsor 2 trips back home each year (likely during xmas/CNY and summer). 

Usual Sunday and public holidays off. No curfew.
