Looking for a reliable and loving domestic helper for newbor

We are a professional couple with a newborn baby who has just turned 2 months old. We are looking for an experienced, reliable and loving domestic helper to assist with taking care of the baby and other daily household tasks. 

Responsibilities:

• Take care of the baby, keep him safe and clean, feed him, read books to him later as he grows
• Perform general housekeeping duties, ie cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, organizing 
• Prepare and cook meals (indian cooking experience preferred)No pork is allowed in our household.
• Assist with grocery shopping and inventory management of household supplies.
• Laundry management, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.
• Maintain a safe and organized living environment proactively

Qualifications:

• Previous baby caring experience is a must. Love babies/children and knows how to take good care of them.
• Must know how to work independently. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Good personal hygiene.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and friendly.
• Valid references from previous employersWe hope to hire a long term helper and treat her as a part of our family. We wish for the helper to love our baby as her own. Salary: $5000+ based on experience + performance bonus
