Looking for a helper

We are a family of three (3+ years old boy) and a dog. We are an Asian American family looking for a hardworking helper who can speak enough English to understand our requests. Experienced in households with dogs and kids, but main responsibilities will be cleaning and cooking and taking care of an older dog. 

Requirements:

-High-school diploma but preferably college degree

-Need 3+ years of childcare experience or some in-home experience combined with other experience (like daycare or teacher)

-Understand child development

-Non-smoker, non drinker

-Good morals, tidy appearance and good cheerful attitude with good communication skills.

-Housekeeping basics. Should know how to cook and clean but if not, should be willing to learn.

-Knowledge of safety and first aid

-Hardworking and good attitude is a must
