Looking for a helper with baby care experience

Hi! We are looking for a helper to start as soon as possible. I am a teacher and will be going back to work on 10 January after finishing maternity leave. We need someone to clean and cook but most importantly to look after our baby girl who is now 3 months old.  Any child care training or first aid is an advantage. My husband is a photographer and often works from home but he won't be able to get much done if he is looking after our daughter :) We are a Christian family of 3 who live in a small flat in Discovery Bay.
