Looking for a helper to be part of our family!

we are a family of 2 adults and 2 girls aged 6 and 3.5 years old and 2 village dogs looking for a helper. We are both teachers and starting September both girls will be at school with us but we are planning for a third baby so there will eventually be some babycare :)

We are looking for someone who loves to play/teach/interact with kids (and our dogs). Someone who can come up with meaningful activities to do with the kids to keep them entertained and give them opportunities to learn new things or challenge their abilities and thinking when they are not at school.  We want our kids to learn how to clean up after themselves and maintain good manners. We need someone who is an excellent cleaner and pay attention to detail, can follow instructions when/if given. we love to cook when we can but since we both work full time, there will be cooking involved so someone who is a good cook, can bake and can follow recipes would be great. Our girls require packed lunches to take to school so someone who is creative would be a bonus.  We are an honest and straight forward family and want someone who can be themselves and communicate openly and respectively.
