Looking for a hard working helper w high pay

family of 2 adults, 2 children and 1 dog looking for a second helper to work with a current one. duties include child care, cooking 3 meals a day for adults and kids, general housework, car washing, pet care etc.

requirements: 1. honest and hard working; 2. good english skills; 3. flexible and easygoing; 4. can follow detailed instructions.

employer has very high standards and expect the employees to follow directions exactly as they are given. 

pay is above market level, and helper will receive food allowance.
