Looking for a nice person

My husband and I have a two-year-old child, and we want to hire someone to help my mother-in-law taking care of the child. She needs to cook, clean up the house, take care of child. She may rest on Sundays and will have own room. She needs to go market about once or twice a week. It is best for her to speak Cantonese or Mandarin. We can afford Hk$5000/month and the start date is 18/4/2024. Thank you.
