Looking for a domestic helper to join our family

Hi, we are an expat family of 3 (our kid is 2 years old) and we are looking for a loving, caring, mature and diligent helper to join our family. Most importantly, we would like someone who loves kids, is able to take care of babies and toddlers, as well as someone who will love and care for our son, giving us peace of mind when we work. It would also be great if we could find someone who can cook and also manage the household, and our son’s daily schedule while we are at work.We are a very understanding and open family, and we believe in open communication and discussions. We would like someone who can do their work without us constantly supervising and who would be able to take the initiative to make good decisions for our child and for the home. We give our helper her space and privacy, and also respect her and ensure she always has enough time to rest and connect with family back home.
