Looking for a domestic helper for a family of four

We are a family of four with a dog. We have two adults and two children. One of them is 5 years old and one is under 1 year old. I am looking for a helper who have experience taking care of young children. Someone who loves cooking and knowing Chinese food is a plus! Know general cleaning skills and the basics chores like washing dishes, clothes, mopping, using vacuum, and ironing etc. My requirements are being patient with kids and who will be respectful and willing to learning.
