Looking for a dedicated helper

We are a family of 3, my daughter is 1.5 years old. We are busy working adults, looking for a helpful helper who can spend time with the kid while we are away. We have plenty of books and hope the helper can tell more stories to the kid, take her to classes, etc. We like healthy food, less salt and sugar. We are fair to the helper and hope this helper is dedicated, willing to learn, can handle homesick with a happy personality. Knowing Chinese will have advantage but not necessary.
