Looking for a cheerful live in helper to start end of July

We are a British - Brazilian family with 2 girls aged 12 and 10 and a small, friendly pet poodle dog looking for a kind, caring, energetic and cheerful helper to join us, hopefully from the end of July / early August. Must be finished contract and in Hong Kong right now.

We live Kowloon side (above Nam Cheong MTR station) and the main duties will be general housework such as cleaning, ironing, cooking and taking care of the children.

We are looking for someone with the following attributes:-

- Energetic,cheerful, happy and kind personality.
- Be able to follow instructions but is proactive and able to use initiative to ensure that tasks are taken care of to a high standard.
- Organised and able to manage time effectively
- Able to do marketing at wet markets and supermarkets.
- Must have high hygiene standards
- Can clean well and keep the house tidy
- Ability to organise clutter and keep household items organised. For example, clothes and toys arranged properly, cupboards tidy and organised.
- Looking for someone who is an excellent cook and able to cook a wide range of recipes. We are a Western family but love all kinds of food, particularly Asian food (Thai, Indian, Vietnamese) and Western cuisine and like variety. Should also be able to cook tasty and healthy dishes for children.
- Taking care of the children (e.g getting them up and ready for school, arranging playdates, entertaining them, taking them to activities etc.). The kids need to catch their school bus at 7.20am each morning so need to help get them ready and have breakfast etc. beforehand.
- Taking care of our small dog for morning and evening walks
- Must be non-smoker
- We will provide private room with own toilet, shower and air conditioning. The room is very small but has plenty of storage, a window and privacy. Please note that live in is not negotiable. Please do not apply if you're looking for a live out position.

Most of all, we're looking for someone who is kind, cheerful, trustworthy, proactive, loves children and pets and has a great attitude.
