Looking for 2nd helper for elderly care

My old mother recently moved to our house and we are looking for someone dedicated to taking care of her, and also to help in general housekeeping.

Must  have related experience and be very patient as the elderly lady has dementia.

Our current helper is kind and  easy to get along with. Our household has dogs and you should be  willing to live on Lantau island.
