Look for Second helper for our young kind family

Looking for second helper to support my family. We are a 3 person family with 2 young adults and 1 one year old child. Since our first helper is mainly taking good care of our kid. We would like to have the second helper to share the house work load especially like cooking and house cleaning. We want some one self motivated，honest，kids loving，organizrd，and better good at cooking. It would be great if she is also open to communicate. We are kind and easy going family，enjoying our good relationship with our helper. We prefer long term working relationship.
