Kind and responsible helper who loves baby

We are a family of 2 members and one 2-month old new born. Looking for a helper with years of experience and good recommendations. We would like someone warming, friendly and kind to help with day-to-day tasks, experienced, flexible - priority is looking after our children, can cook and super organized who can manage all things related to cooking and housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing) with ease.
