Kid with special need family looking for a helper

-if you ever worked in Hong Kong, then only finish contract or break contract with good reason will be accepted -Reference letter is preferred -basic salary. But if you finish contract you will get bonus depends on your performance (not less than hkd3000, much more than this if you have good work experience, could up to HKD15000, to be negotiated.) We are a one 6yr old boy and 3 adults(couples and the mother of ma’am) family, expecting a new born baby. The boy is a special kid, he is global developmental delayed and autistic. Unable to speak at the moment. Can walk under adult’s supervision. He goes to special school. Sometimes his emotion is unstable, shouting out loud very long time when he feels bored or unsatisfied. I’m looking for a helper with very long patient, loving kid, understanding his situation and won’t get mad at him because of his behaviours, someone who can work under high pressure. If you can’t stand big noise, please pass this job. Besides taking care of the boy and a baby, you will help to do training for the boy(physical training and cognition), duties including household chores, groceries, cooking, washing car. We have high requirement for helper’s personal hygiene and hygiene sense (Such as washing hands with soap for 20 seconds after toilet, after processing raw meat, change clothes and wash hands once be back at home, using separate knives and chopboard for raw and cooked food). I hope helper truly understands and willing to follow the rules. I expect helper doesn’t use cell phone for personal purposes at working hours. Cell phone will be kept by employer at a place with CcTV at day time and before you go to bed. You can only use cell phone freely after work at between 8:30pm-10:00pm.
