International family looking for second helper

We are a family of three with a 2YO and expecting a baby in April. We also have a lovely small dog who needs care and love. We are looking for a second helper to join the family and who is willing to work on Sundays ( but flexible to take any other day off from the week). Hope to have someone who loves kids and pets, enjoy and skilled to take care of baby and child. Ideal candidate can work independently without too much instructions.
