Indian family (2 adult +4 children) helper needed

We are an Indian family with two adults and 4 children. We have 2 daughters (15 years and 11 years) and 2 sons (6 years and 7 month baby now). I am looking for a new helper who knows Housekeeping,Ironing, Marketing, Grocery shopping, Cooking (Indian) or knows cooking (who can learn cooking if I teach you). I am searching for new helper because my old helper who works with me for around 8 years now need two days Holiday/week. But, it's not suitable for my situation now.
