Indian couple & a kid looking for a good hearted person

We are a Indian family of 2 members, husband and wife, both working, living in Tsing Yi, and have 9 months old baby girl. Looking for a helper with good experience of handling little child and good recommendation from previous employers. We would like someone who's warm, friendly and kind to help with day-to-day tasks, experienced and flexible. Priority is taking care of the child, good cook, active and organized who can manage all things related to cooking and housekeeping (clearing, laundry, ironing) with ease.  

Prior experience of working with a India family is plus not mandatory.

Cooking skill is important. Not knowing India cooking is not a problem. We will teach with ease.

We would like someone who take care of the home as her own home and we assure a family-like treatment
