• Window cleaning, including terrace

• Floor cleaning

• Hoover

• Bathroom (shower and bathtub) cleaning

• Dish washing (dish washer provided)

 Laundry

• Laundry (washing machine and dryer provided) – clothes, bed sheets/linens and towels

• Ironning (needs to be impeccable with shirts and suits for regular pant ironning)

 Purchases

• Food and beverage

• Plants as required

 Cooking

• Cooking skills good to have as occupant might require cooking from time to time for himself

o Less regular

 Service for outside guests lunch and dinner

 Receive mails and parcels  

 Coordinate visit of suppliers for repairs or any technical issues
