Hongkongese Family 2 adults and 6yrs girl

We are a family of working parents+ full-day Kindergarten girl.In our family , we have rules(e.g., no cheating, no borrowing money, no matter it's from me or outside, no staying out, and so on). But we also repect the helper`s hard working.we are easy going couples, solution based communication style, we don't like to blame helper if you make mistake, but of course, helper should be responsible. So working with us basically you will not have a lot of mental pressure. We offer bonus according to the ability and attitude. Holiday is mainly on Sunday or Saturday as the helper`s wish. Unless when I travel, I would prefer someone could stay to help take care of the kid. Our current helper will finish contract in December, she plans to apply for Canada. That's why we are looking for a new trustful helper who is smart enough to organized everything independently, can speaks very good English(you are gonna be required to send me a self introduction video before we meet each other). We only offer share room with kid and share food, so no food allowance will be provided.

Majoy Responsibility:

House cleaning

Cooking Skill (no need to be perfect, but need to be above average, and is aware of food safety)

Take care of kid 

Car washing about once a week

Marketing 

Need to be smart,honestly, reliable, responsible
