Hong Kong family (single mom) with 2 adorable girls

I am looking for a helper who can speak either English or Cantonese fluently. In the case that the helper only speaks Cantonese fluently, she must also be able to converse in basic English. I have two daughters aged 7 and 11. They are sweet, kind, well-mannered and respectful. They are also disciplined and knows how to take care of themselves. The helper will have to be competent in coordinating children’s schedule and activities and sometimes arrange with their private teachers if timetable clash. The helper is also expected to do the following: 1. Call Uber on her mobile phone with my account; 2. Communicate comfortably and get along with kids; 3. Good at time management and punctual to children’s classes; 4. Patient and well-mannered, cheerful and energetic; 5. Use common sense to make small judgment calls regarding household and children matters, e.g. take taxi if time is tight or children is tired, and take MTR if it is faster with little walking distance; know how to send children to nearest hospital if children are seriously ill etc. 6. Take initiative in learning how to cook. Finally, the helper will need to co-work with a Filipino Auntie who is also exceedingly kind, helpful and easygoing. The helper has been very happy working here. I place a lot of trust in my helpers and give them a lot of autonomy. At the same time, I also expect the helper to be willing to communicate with me in a forthright manner. I am a very reasonable employer and I do not expect what what I cannot do myself. I have been a full time mother myself before and I know the difficulty involved. Mistakes are prone to he made, but that forthright communication can resolve a lot of problems.
