HK/French Family with New Born (Ref. letter required)

We are a French and HK family and looking for an experienced helper in taking care of a new born and helping with basic housework while we are occupied with work and other activities. We currently live in mid-levels. Apart from attending the needs of a new-born and basic housework and marketing, we would like our helper to be familiar with the area and able to organize and arrange play dates with other families in the area. It is important that the helper is good at communication, use of electronic applications such as Google Map, Whatsapps, Zoom, Gmail, Youtube etc. for daily tasks, adequate organization skills and time management, good at their own finance management, open-minded to accept critics about child education, and to follow and adopt western education methods such as Montessori approach, and most importantly detail-minded and honest. 

We expect to work as partners with our helper for the benefit of our child.  We are a friendly and fair family who will reward satisfactory performance with merits and show no hesitation for dismissal if we find any unethical behavior or unsatisfory performance or attitude.
