Helper with Newborn Experiences Wanted

We are double income family and welcoming a newborn in April 2024. We have a domestic helper now that she’s focus on marketing, cooking, cleaning and laundrying and ironing. She’s very nice, considerate and always smile. We treat our helper with caring and respect, like our family member. We are looking for candidate who can work for long term and we are more than happy to offer good bonus, annual salary increase, long term severance and paid leaves We are looking for someone who loves taking care of newborn or toddler, age of 32-44 and have experiences on it before. Sharing room with newborn half of the week (and definitely not Sunday and Saturday) and stay in your own room with private toilet the other half of the week. We would love the helper who worked more than 4 years (there is a MUST) at any of her previous employer(s) and provide contact of any previous employer(s) (this is a MUST).
