Helper to take care of an elderly man

My dad is unable to stand and is daytime alone. I am looking for a responsible helper who can take good care of elderly. He can't stand up and go to toilet, so changing diaper are included in daily routine. My dad can feed himself and conscious. And I plan to train my dad to wean off diaper when helper arrived. My parent can only speak Cantonese, so we need a helper who can speak Cantonese. You will share the upper bunk bed with my mum. My mum is working and independent. The upper bunk is easy to get up with rack and socket available for your convenience. We are simple friendly family. We will treat you like our friend.
