Helper to look after 3 year-old boy

I have four members in my family. My husband,me and two sons. One is 8 year-old and the other one is 3 year-old. The helper should take the main responsibility to take good care of the 3 year-old son, and cooking, housekeeping , picking up the kids from school , etc. The helper will sleep with my 2 kids. When my parents come to visit us, the help will sleep on the bed in the kitchen. We hope the helper love kids, can help them on English, teach the 3 year old boy homework and can accept not to rest at some weekends, or rest just one or two days per month , or rest half day most of the time (we’ll pay for it). And we hope the helper love cooking and can make good dishes. In summer and winter vacations , the help need to go to China with us. The help who had a long-term contract before will be considered priority.
