Western/Japanese family looking for trustworthy helper

We are a mixed Western/japanese family of four (two adults and two kids under 4 years ols) looking for a friendly and energetic helper Aunty to start in early November. We do not have pets.
What We Need:
* Someone who can work independently and is trustworthy. Strong housekeeping and Organising skills. Good kitchen Hygene. 
* Must love children and be patient and cheerful.

Skills and Experience:
* Experience with toddlers and young children, especially with two kids close in age or twins.
* Must speak, read, and write in English.
* Main duties include housework, shopping, and sometimes babysitting while parents are busy.
* Good cooking skills, especially Western food and baking (Japanese food is a plus).
* Must be organized, detail-oriented, and energetic.
* Must be able to swim.

Your Main Tasks:
* Keep the house clean, do laundry, and manage other chores.
* Go shopping for groceries.
* Sometimes pick up and drop off children at school or classes.
* Babysit for a few hours while parents are at work or away.
* Must be able to work well with others.
* Current location: Hong Kong.
* References are a MUST before the interview.
* Only apply if you have finished your contract or terminated under special circumstance.

Days Off: Sunday
You will live in and have your own room. Live out can be negotiated.
