Helper for new born

We are a family of 4 adults and a 2-yr-old sweet boy. Grandma and grandpa are healthy and fully capable, so do not require any special care. Ma'am and sir both work during the day. We have one helper already, who is very friendly and diligent. She takes care of most of the housework currenlty (cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing etc). We are expecting a new born girl in next Spring. So we are looking for a second helper who has very very good experience of taking care new born and babies. We need the helper to sleep with the new born at night and take care the night feeding and diaper changing. In the day, the helper's responsibility is also mainly to take care of the new born and 2-yr-old boy. So we are really looking for you who love kids and are warm and kind to join our love surrounded family! Because baby caring is really really important, we hope you can provide recommendations or reference from previous employer for us to understand more about you. Thanks!
