Helper as part of family

Hello, -we are family of 4  but children grown up and don't live with us. We also have two dogs. We need helper , for general cleaning in house, washing, ironing, cooking, walking and look after the dogs. Helper to be able to cook. We eat all types of food, and helper to able to follow recipes .
