Happy family of 4 (girls: 3 & 5.5) looking for loving Aunty

We are a family of 4: mom, dad and two girls (ages 3.5 & 5.5) who are both in school 1/2 day and full day and we live in Mid-Levels. Both girls were born in HK.We are a loving family of Indian ethnicity (mom from US and dad from New Zealand) so we are are quite multi-cultural when it comes to household and food (we enjoy all cuisines and baking).All of our friends know our current Aunty well. We are kind and respectful and never ask her something we would not do ourselves.For responsibilities, it would be a mixture of home care (housekeeping, cleaning, ironing etc), marketing, cooking and support with children in afternoons. Kids are at school most of the day.Mom works from home office some days, so I discuss with my Aunty for pick up the girls activities. Mom and Dad are hands on with the girls and try to be home on time for bath and bed during weekdays. We have a strong community of friends mostly in Mid-Levels who host playdates, where each week it's 1 Aunty's turn to host at a house, the kids enjoy playdate day.We are looking for somebody who is organized and can manage their own time (happy to work independently and also make suggestions), enjoys cooking, spending time with our children, treats us with kindness, is honest and trustworthy. In turn, we promise to ensure Aunty is treated respectfully, is comfortable and happy in her work.
