Full time helper

My family has 4 members.  My beloved wife, me and two daughters (3 yrs old and 4 months).   We are living in mid-levels.  450sq ft, 3 rooms.  The helper would have their own room though it is rather packed.  We are searching for a helper now to take care both kids.  We both are working couples.
