Full time, mid-levels/experience with a western family

We are hiring a full time assistant at the mid level to manage our 3 year old daughter's care, cooking, housekeeping, marketing, small dog and other responsibilities. You must have experience with western families.

Both parents work full time outside the home. We need someone who is trustworthy, proactive and independent who can manage childcare, family and communication well.

Job specifications:

Childcare - managing the care of a 3-year-old daughter, including managing schedule, meals, playdates, disciplining, and adhering to parental instructions

- Cooking / Entertaining - Family meals, grocery shopping, follow recipes

- Housekeeping - laundry, house cleaning, organization and other things

- Small Dog Care - We have a small, friendly Shih Tzu that is walked twice a day; A part-time or full-time co-worker might help

Car cleaning twice a month

requirements:

- Experience with Western families and children - Minimum 2+ years

- Proactive, flexible, energetic and willing to adapt and follow instructions

Organized, clean and ready to keep your kitchen and toys organized

- 5-6 years experience ideally in an English speaking household

- Fluency in English, especially speaking, listening and understanding

References from previous employers

- Open to future co-workers: If the work between taking care of the kids, housekeeping, dogs, and cooking becomes too much, we're open to hiring family or friends from Hong Kong or the Philippines.
