Friendly HK Chinese family looking for helper

We live in Tseung Kwan O in Hong Kong. This is a relatively new residential area. Transport and shops are conveniently located below the apartment block. 

This is a live in position. Our helper will have her own room and bathroom. 

Her main responsibilities are to help around the home and look after a primary school aged girl. This may include cleaning, childcare, tutoring, taking her to school/classes/play dates, cooking, buying groceries, and possibly occasionally sewing, car washing, etc.
