French expat looking for helper

Hello I'm a French expat living in Hong Kong for 10 years, I'm 35 and work for myself. I need to take care of the apartment and the dog mostly, and sometimes cook and groceries. 

I prefer to find someone who already has a room or place to stay as I can't have someone live in.

The main tasks are: walking the dog (2x 1 hour per day) + grooming him once a weekcleaning the apartment (2 hours per day)some groceries once or twice a weeklaundry + ironing (bed once a week)cooking for dinner once or twice a weekcleaning my working space (1 hour per day)
