Finding a kind and diligence of helper

I am 31 years old and my husband and I have a 9 year old daughter and we will have a newborn baby in September. We can offer a separate room , Mainly good take care newborn , good and tasty cooking and housework , like a cleaning , ironing,laundry etc..
