Family of 4 looking for a helper

We are a family of 4. Two professionals and two children aged 12 and 10. We are looking for a family helper who is kind and loving to the children.  Normal workday will include taking care of the children after school and on their days off. We are looking for someone who will prepare activities to keep them off of screens. We are also looking for someone who will be in charge of cooking, cleaning, and grocery shopping. At times we might request to be flexible with working hours to take care of the kids later in the evening.
