Family of 4 looking for 2nd helper who loves cooking & kids

We are family of four, 2 adults and 2 children. Elder daughter is almost 8 years old and yonger son is 4 years and 2 months. We currently have a Filipino helper and grandma to manage the family chores.

Due to family reasons, grandma will return to her hometown. We need to recruit a second helper who:

• Love cooking (existing helper cooks well, but we still need somone who is passionate with cooking)
• Good with handling young kids (playing with, assisting with homwork, pickup/send to school and classes etc.)
• Have good organizational skills (how to prioritize different tasks and sense of responsiblity)
• Have good hygiene pratices (especially with kids)
• Work well with another coworker, good personality 
• Does not have any financial issues or problems to deal with 

Ideally, the second helper should start before summer ends but we can be flexible with starting dates. We will offer competitive package, including helpers' own room (share with coworker). 

Day off can be further discussed during interviews.
