Family of 2 looking for an amazing helper

We are a family of 2 adults only with 1 small~medium sized dog (the children are all away for study). Our previous helper who has worked with us for 10 years+ has just gone back to the Philippines for retirement so we're now looking for a new helper to come work with us, starting ASAP.

We both work full time so we'd need someone who is a self driven individual to look after the house & take care of everything for us, especially our dog.

We believe in mutual respect & trust and we'd like someone with the same mindset to come work with us. We live in Mid Levels West, 3 BR around 1000sq with rooftop + a car.

1. Good at cooking: we're picky in food so we need someone who loves cooking and is a natural good cook. I am a strong believer that if you have a natural gift in cooking, learning any new dishes should not be too big of a challenge for you. Also, please do expect we might be cooking together from time to time as I do cook whenever my work schedule allows.

2. Extremely tidy & organised, loves cleanliness, attentive to small details: we like our place sparkling clean, organised in a particular way - you would be expected to do daily cleaning and regular deep clean. We also expect you to take your own initiative to keep the house organised & clutter-free.

3. Loves dogs like children: we have a Westie who is well trained, self sufficient and playful. As we would be out most of the day, you'd be spending a lot of time with him. He would be a very good company for you if you love dogs! He has to be walked 3 times/day, at least an hour in total.

4. Eager to learn & adapt to new things, able to follow precise instructions yet being independent: every family is different, and we'd expect you to adapt to our ways in our household.

5. Good at ironing, especially work shirts

6. Other house chores incl. but not limited to: gardening, car-washing, shopping, running our errands, etc.
