Expat family looking for a full-time helper

Expat family of four (busy working couple with two independent teens) looking for a full time helper. Starting date: November 1.

Daily work includes house chores and simple pet care. We want someone who fits these descriptions:

• Honest, responsible, has good communication skills, can work independently. 
• Clean, organized, and good at housekeeping. 
• Good cooking skills and familiarity with western ingredients are a plus.           

Salary is negotiable (5300+; plus food allowance), depends on qualifications and experience. Benefits: very spacious furnished room in a separate corner with separate entrance, own bathroom; Sundays and statutory holidays off; holiday and performance bonuses.
